This is just a place where my friends and family can access links that I would normally email them. If you are just random_visitor_03 and you find some of this stuff useful then I am glad.
If you don’t then that is OK, just keep on moseying down the Information Highway™ until you find a spot to stop at that you like.
FYI-To those folks who wander by and wonder why I do not allow comments the reason is that I do not have the time nor the inclination to deal with them. As I said in my first post if you got something to say get your own blog. It is easy enough to do.
P.S.: Some have wondered where the name for the blog came from. When I first started the blog I had a hard time thinking of a name for it-I have never been good at that sort of thing. Then I thought of the picture of those Adelie Penguins in the header who personify to me that “It can always be worse” because if you think life is hard try looking at what Adelie Penguins go through. (The picture always makes me smile, too. The expression on that one Penguins face is priceless). I swiped the French word for Penguin (Manchot) et viola!
(Yes, I do know that the correct name for Adelie Penguins in French is Manchot d’Adélie…)
